Hi, i signed up just because of this piece!

I really like it and was wondering if HA moulds were used to make it and if so which ones?

Thanks!

Yes, this uses Hirst Arts molds. Of course the sides are simple 1"x.5"x.5" gothic bricks found on many molds, like the Basic Block Mold #40. The rest is made from the 4" Circular Tower Mold #52.

Here's your trivia tidbit for the day though: Notice how the round ends of my bunker don't merge well with the middle part. There's a line between each end piece and the middle. That's because no pieces are part-straight and part curved. I pointed this out to Bruce Hirst and soon the Round Connector Pieces Mold #164 arrived. Here's the pic for the mold ...

Here's another interesting background to this piece: many editions of Terrainosaur ago, I had a For Sale page. I posted this as a "Warhammer 40k Bunker". I received an email from Games Workshop's lawyer about that. Technically it's not a "Warhammer 40k Bunker", it's a bunker that could be used for games like Warhammer 40k, Warmachine, etc. That's the reason for my disclaimer on the site (see below), and one reason why I don't sell stuff on the site anymore.

Legal disclaimer: Naturally no challenge to anyone's copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property is intended. This is a hobby site and no matter how slick it may look, don't mistake this for a business. All of the models on this site, whether miniatures or terrain, are originals not copies, except of course where I have express consent. The items shown are original pieces and are not mass-produced. Terrainosaur is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game company. Terrain models on this site can be used with any 5mm-30mm science fiction or fantasy game like Warmachine, Hordes, Void, Warhammer 40k, Epic 40k, Warhammer Fantasy Battles, Dungeons & Dragons, Chainmail, Celtos, Chronopia and others.
